Acceptance
By creating or using an Aura Mirror account, the user agrees to the applicable Terms, Privacy Notice, AI processing notice, beta notice, and any feature-specific consent notices accepted in the app.
Beta Nature
Aura Mirror V1 beta is a pre-release product. Features may change, fail, pause, or be removed during beta. Studio Preview outputs are generated by AI providers and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.
Product Description And Limits
Aura Mirror provides AI-assisted styling, wardrobe-aware recommendations, guided capture, photo-based Studio Preview, and progressive Studio Twin features. Aura Mirror is not a medical, legal, therapeutic, safety, body-measurement, identity-verification, live scanning, or hardware smart-mirror service. Studio Preview is a visual styling aid and does not guarantee exact fit, garment availability, purchase outcome, or real-world clothing performance.
Eligibility And Household Profiles
The beta is intended for adult account holders. Household profiles are managed by the adult account holder, who represents that they have authority to manage information and consent for any household or child profile they create.
User Content And Permissions
Users keep ownership of content they upload. Users give Noir Mirror Studio the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and transmit that content to service providers only as needed to operate Aura Mirror, provide requested styling features, troubleshoot the beta, and comply with legal obligations.
Aura Mirror should not use customer photos, child-profile photos, Studio Preview outputs, or Studio Twin assets to train new models or fine-tune providers unless a separate, explicit, counsel-reviewed consent flow is added.
Acceptable Use
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not upload images of another person without appropriate authority or consent.
- Do not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, sexualized child, hateful, or unsafe content.
- Do not attempt to bypass consent gates, subscription limits, render-credit controls, provider caps, or security controls.
- Do not use generated previews as professional, medical, legal, safety, or exact sizing advice.
Credits, Subscriptions, And Provider Availability
Aura Mirror uses split-ledger accounting for render credits and AI sessions. Provider availability, beta caps, budget limits, safety rules, and abuse controls may pause or delay rendering. Payment, subscription, refund, cancellation, Apple purchase, and App Store terms must be finalized against the active payment provider and distribution posture before monetized launch.
