Photo & Twin Consent
What This Consent Covers
Photo & Twin Consent allows Aura Mirror to process uploaded or captured photos, garments, wardrobe assets, Studio Preview outputs, capture-session metadata, and Studio Twin artifacts for user-requested styling features.
Protected Features
Protected features include camera capture, photo upload, primary photo storage, Studio Preview generation, Studio Twin state, Vault image flows, Archive image assets, and provider processing needed to complete a requested render.
Limits
Aura Mirror is a visual styling aid. It does not perform medical analysis, identity verification, live 5D scanning, hardware smart-mirror capture, exact body measurement, or guaranteed garment fit.
Provider Processing
When a user requests a Studio Preview or styling feature, Noir Mirror Studio may transmit the minimum required content to active service providers such as OpenAI and FASHN. Provider processing may occur outside Ontario or Canada.
Revocation
Users may revoke Photo & Twin Consent in the app. Revocation should block protected photo, preview, Twin, and asset actions and trigger the app's consent-revocation cleanup behavior for protected assets where supported. Some records may remain where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute, or audit purposes.
Child Profiles
Child profiles are paused for V1 Beta. If they are later re-enabled, photo-based child-profile features require both Photo & Twin Consent and the child household notice, with the adult account holder responsible for consent and deletion requests.
